This method is a relative analysis method that compares the spectrum of an unknown sample with a sample with a known sulfur content for quantitative analysis. The application is determined by experiments This method analyzes the appropriate sample preparation methods, sample preparation conditions and measurement conditions of sulfur in coal; after sample data collection, spectrum preprocessing and matrix correction, the corresponding calibration curve is established. The results show that: The sample preparation effect of the method is good. Under the conditions of 30 MPa and 30 s, a smooth surface and not easy to break can be obtained; the sulfur element measuring tube voltage and tube current determined by the experiment are 10 kV and 300 μA, respectively; built-in vacuum device It can effectively control the problems of severe background scattering of light matrix and easy absorption of sulfur characteristic spectrum lines by air; the combination of reducing sample particle size and empirical coefficient method correction can reduce the influence of matrix effect; smoothing the spectrum After processing, the spectral resolution is effectively enhanced and the measurement accuracy is improved
